Join me for this Full-day of mindfulness practices – as a silent retreat – all from the comfort of your own home. The practices on this day retreat are taken from the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC – more details on those here ) and the retreat is suitable for those who have completed an 8wk mindfulness course.
With this extended practice time, you will have a chance to really settle deeply into your practice and rest in awareness as the retreat gains momentum. You will be supported by plenty of comfort breaks and a friendly, safe and nurturing space.
