Join our Online Mindfulness Group starting on 18th April at 19:15 UTC for a chill and relaxing session to find your inner peace!

Welcome to my online mindfulness group – a great way to become more familiar with Mindfulness practices, or to develop or maintain your existing regular practice. I’ll be running 1hr sessions every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month* from 7:15-8:15pm.

A walk with a difference: a day of mindful meditations in nature, companionable conversation, stunning views and… Tea/Coffee and Cake!

A Retreat with a difference: Way of Mindfulness retreat walks – where going out really means going in!

Join me on this full-day, mid-summer mindful walk and discover the enigmatic, Bronze Age stone circle that is Moel Ty-uchaf, hidden away in the Berwyn mountain range in this stunning corner of Denbighshire, North Wales. Drop into awareness on this full-day Mindful Walk as we walk and meditate along the banks of beautiful river valleys, over hilltops with stunning spacious panoramic views reaching from North East to North West Wales, meandering along ancient Drovers’ roads before dropping back down into the Dee valley.

Whether you wish to drop into silence, deepen your practice or really give yourself the opportunity to become familiar with Mindfulness practice in the outdoors, just your own space in the company of a group, this is the event for you.

My mindful walks combine mindfulness meditation & mindful walking, space for talking and – importantly – for silence, where we harness the power of connecting with ourselves, nature & each other. Practicing meditation outdoors increases our connection to and appreciation of nature, ourselves, each other and the planet and reduces stress, building up resilience and re-connecting us with our inner resources. Join us and you can feel rejuvenated, invigorated and inspired, rediscovering your innate ability to connect deeply with yourself, others, nature and your direct moment-to-moment experience.

As we explore this corner of the Dee Valley, you’ll learn simple meditation techniques, connecting with nature via each of the senses, with group chats around the meditations to facilitate learning from the experiences of the group. You’ll be warmly welcomed & at ease with my calm, reassuring manner, my passion for & experience of practicing & teaching mindfulness meditation, embodied movement & walking in the outdoors, along with my local knowledge & enthusiasm for this beautiful area.

…And rounding it off with Tea & Chat!

Back at the start point, tea, coffee and cake will be served, picnic style, giving you a chance to take in the events of the day and gather up connections before winding your way home.

Need to know…

We will be out for 6hours, walking slowly. This route covers approx. 6miles, with a total climb of 1,300ft, over terrain which includes fields, steep stretches, hilltops, stony paths, uneven ground & using stiles. It is open to all, suitable for those with a moderate level of fitness and walking experience: age 18+

Half-day (3hr) Mindful Walk with meditation training, great conversations, refreshments in the wonderful Clwydians, NE Wales!

Drop into awareness in the Clwydian hills, in North East Wales. Treat yourself to a morning of mindful walking, meditations immersed in nature, good company and gentle conversation, rounded off with refreshments.

My mindful walks combine mindfulness meditation & mindful walking with the power of connecting with ourselves, nature & each other.
